The Jaeger LeCoultre AMVOX2 DBS Transponder is a hip watch in that it contains the key to the Aston Martin DBS built in. The watch features a built in transponder which once the car is unlocked by touching the left side of the rose gold case the car can be started by pressing the engine start button inside the vehicle. The watch uses an automatic chronograph movement which features the date and month. Gary Fernández is a freelance illustrator and graphic artist based in Madrid, Spain, and currently living in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. His client list is impressive, ranging from advertising heavies DDB, McCann Erickson, JWT and Grey to superbrands such as Coca Cola, Nokia and Camel. His illustrations have appeared in numerous magazines and books.

Fernández is also the founder and creative lead of the T-shirt brand VelvetBanana. The name VelvetBanana draws its parts from The Velvet Underground and Andy Warhol’s “banana cover” for their first album The Velvet Underground and Nico (1967).

The dope-ass Toronto based label The Story is proud to introduce a new series of T-shirts. The latest release is a series of observations inspired by J. Krishnamurti’s Measurement Versus Perception. Contemporary label Band of Outsiders, has set up a new installation at the http://www.openingceremony.us/ store in LA. Designed by Scott Sternberg, who designs for the brand as well, the installation called LEGO Project features a tribute to the 30 year anniversary of the iconic LEGO mini figures, decked out in their own Band of Outsiders signature garments.

This dope-ass urban Mirindiba house by architect Marcio Kogan combines dark natural Brazilian hardwood, concrete and vernacular stonework in the open planned style that I love to see.

Progressing up the house: stone, concrete framed and then totally wood clad forms are thoughtfully placed.

Designer Iman Maghsoudi believes driving cars in the future will be akin to operating a PC while traveling 160 mph and the Monza is built for speed but smart enough to drive itself.

At slower speeds, the “pilot” sits in a cockpit similar to straddling your office chair like a motorcycle and has full control. Once you exceed a specified speed limit, the computer takes over. The vehicle changes shape resembling an airfoil for maximum aerodynamics.

The design creates lift to reduce friction and strong ground effects keep you from taking off. The 2 manta ray like fins adjust to channel air smoothly across the vehicle while also serving to make you look bad as fuck!

Lorcan has applied hundreds of photocopied images of the group, varying each time the parameters of the photocopying to create this effect. The dope-ass facial images are especially successful!

Bugatti have released a convertible version of their Veyron supercar named the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport features a removable polycarbonate roof and a folding roof stored in the luggage compartment for use when the main roof is not available. The Grand Sport is powered by the same 16.4 liter engine expelling one thousand and one horsepower but features a modified chassis in order to compensate for the loss of the fixed roof and maintain rigidity. Only two hundred and fifty Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport’s will be made.

Designed in 1899 by Jacques Gros, the dope-ass health spa/hotel has a perfect city location overlooking Lake Zürich and the Alps. The grand old hotel has been re-imagined as a modern luxury hotel by a star team of professionals -- architecture by London’s Foster and Partners, interior design by United Designers, also of London, and the spa concept by spa-industry visionary, Arizona-based Sylvia Sepielli.

The topmost, 4,300 square-foot (400 square-meter) Maestro Suite channels the style of Herbert von Karajan. The sweeping two-level suite with dashing classical undertones features red leather chairs, dark timbers, a circular tower dining room, pale-marble bathrooms with whirlpools and steam showers (and one with a sauna), massive windows and a lounge-style terrace.
